Once your order has been paid for, the Seller or Brand will carefully prepare your item for delivery. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery company and specify the expected preparation and delivery timeframe. Please allow the Seller or Brand the selected amount of time to prepare and hand over your order to the chosen delivery company.
Dispatched
Once your order has been prepared, it will be handed over to the trusted logistics partner you selected. At this stage, your delivery information will be updated, including the order receipt and relevant tracking details.
Receiving Order
Once your order arrives at the delivery company, you will be contacted with instructions on how to collect your order. After receiving and confirming that your order is correct, you will be asked to confirm receipt. This confirmation allows the payment to be released to the Seller or Brand.
